Not seeing content that you believe should be in your vault?

→ Only paid / purchased content is accessible in your personal vault. All other content can be accessed in the feed of the creator you are subscribed to.

You can also view purchased content through the creator's channel where the purchase was made or within the direct message thread where the content was originally sent. The content is available at the date it was sent via direct message or posted on the creator's feed.
