These Community Guidelines apply to all users – creators, subscribers, and fans alike – and are designed to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
Safety and Well-Being
Dangerous Acts:
Content promoting stunts, challenges, or unsafe activities that could lead to serious injury or death is prohibited. Only professionals performing high-risk acts are allowed to share such content.
Self-Harm & Suicide:
Content encouraging self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating is strictly prohibited. Sharing personal experiences in a safe and supportive manner to raise awareness is allowed.
Any credible, specific, and imminent threats to life may be reported to authorities.
Sexual Content & Exploitation
Sexual Exploitation:
Content depicting or promoting non-consensual sexual acts, sexual abuse, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Nudity and Sexual Activity:
No content featuring nudity, sexual acts, or sexualized behavior is allowed, including digitally manipulated or AI-generated imagery.
Sexual harassment, including unwanted sexual behavior, threats, or sexualized attacks using any platform features, is prohibited.
Harassment and Abusive Behavior
Wink has zero tolerance for bullying, intimidation, or harassment.
Content insulting, threatening, or degrading others, or targeting victims of tragedies, is prohibited.
Coordinated harassment, cyberstalking, or wishing serious harm to others is not allowed.
Hate Speech & Violent Behavior
Hateful Behavior & Ideology:
No content attacking, dehumanizing, or discriminating against individuals or groups based on protected attributes, including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
Content promoting violent, extremist, or hateful ideologies is prohibited.
Violent Extremism:
No threats, glorification, or incitement of violence. Accounts promoting terrorist organizations, organized hate groups, or criminal organizations are banned and may be reported to authorities.
Integrity and Authenticity
Impersonation:
Accounts may not pose as another person or entity in a misleading manner.
Misinformation:
Content that spreads false or misleading information causing significant harm—such as health risks, public safety hazards, or undermining civic processes—is prohibited.
AI and Intellectual Property:
AI-generated content, content violating copyrights or trademarks, and manipulative media intended to mislead or harm are prohibited.
Platform Security:
Unauthorized access, hacking, or attempts to compromise the platform, accounts, or sensitive information is strictly prohibited.
Transactions and External Platforms
Off-Platform Transactions:
All transactions, including payments and agreements, must occur through Wink. Off-platform transactions or promotion of competing platforms is prohibited and may result in immediate removal.
Media and Piracy
Content should not be duplicated, redistributed, or shared outside of Wink. Protecting creator content and intellectual property is a top priority.
Illegal Activities and Regulated Goods
Content promoting criminal activity, human exploitation, illegal trade, drugs, controlled substances, or unsafe products is strictly prohibited.
Fraud, scams, Ponzi schemes, or deceptive financial activity is not allowed.
Violent and Graphic Content
Content featuring gratuitous violence, graphic injuries, or animal cruelty is prohibited.
Content depicting violence or gore for shock value, glorification, or normalization will be removed.
Dangerous Stunts and Sports
Non-professional dangerous activities that could cause injury or death are not allowed. Professionals may share content safely, with appropriate precautions.
