Here's what to do if you're not getting the code in an email.

Our authentication services are powered by one of the web's leading providers, and for this reason BrandArmy does not generate your login code or have the ability to provide a new one.

Please note: requesting multiple codes will invalidate your previous verification codes. You must use the latest verification code in order to log in.

How to get a new verification code:

  1. Press the 'Log in' button

  2. Ensure your email address is correct and press 'Continue'

  3. Check your email

  4. If you do not receive a code within two minutes, press 'Resend Code'

  5. If the problem persists, try a different email address
