Wink may block an account at any time if it violates our Terms of Service, platform guidelines, Privacy Policy, is involved in fraudulent activity or disputes, or for any other reason at our discretion.
If an account is blocked, the user will immediately lose access to all purchased or subscribed content, and refunds will not be provided. Blocked accounts are permanently removed and cannot be reactivated.
