Wink may immediately block a creator account if it is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, platform guidelines, Privacy Policy, involved in fraudulent activity, charge disputes, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
If an account is blocked, Wink may issue refunds and restrict access to creator funds for up to 90 days to address chargebacks, disputes, or related liabilities. After this period, any remaining eligible balance may be released.
Blocked creators are permanently removed from the platform and will no longer have access to use the Wink platform.
